• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) if available

Coverage Details

Our roadside assistance covers unexpected breakdowns due to mechanical or electrical failures, accidents, battery issues, fuel problems, punctures, and key lockouts. Services are available at your home, roadside, highways, or parking areas.

What’s Included

• Towing to nearest workshop or service center
• On-site minor repairs
• Flat tyre replacement support
• Battery jumpstart
• Fuel delivery (up to limited quantity)
• Key lockout assistance
• Emergency message relay & phone support

What’s Not Covered

• Regular vehicle maintenance or servicing
• Repair costs or spare parts charges
• Breakdowns due to illegal usage or racing
• Non-critical issues like AC failure or minor electrical faults

Important Terms

• Service available 24/7 across India
• Vehicle age must be less than or equal to 10 years
• Cooling period of 48–72 hours applies after purchase
• Maximum 4 service requests per year
• Customer must be present at vehicle location during service
